Notes

This recipe was made in collaboration with VFC Chick'n for the "Peeled" red carpet premiere in Hollywood, CA. When a survey about the food was sent out to guests, this appetizer was the most one voted for as guest favorite. The crunchy "chicken" (that really does taste like chicken) with sweet and spicy sauce and creamy ranch dressing with coleslaw on a soft slider bun was an easy sell. You really can't go wrong serving this to your guests; perfect for cookouts and BBQs!
