They often say “eat the rainbow”, because it’s healthy to eat fruits and vegetables from the whole range of rainbow colours.

Ingredients
  

Basic ingredients:

  • 7 frozen bananas
  • 2 frozen pineapples
  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1. VIOLET layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 5 frozen figues
  • 1 tsp Purple sweet potato powder
  • 2. INDIGO layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp Indigo butterfly pea powder
  • 3. BLUE layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp Blue spirulina powder
  • 4. GREEN layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1/4 cup frozen kiwi
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 5. YELLOW layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1 tsp Curcumin powder
  • 6. ORANGE layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1 frozen melon
  • 1/2 tsp Curcumin powder + 1/2 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 7. RED layer
  • 1/4 cup basic ingredients
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries raspberries, frozen cherries
  • 1 tsp Beetroot powder

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a food processor, blend all basic ingredients and divide into 7 pots.
  • 2. In each pot add the ingredients for different layers.
  • 3. Gently pour the layers in the order of rainbow.
  • 4. Decorate with fresh strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, melon balls, shredded almonds and mint leaves.
