ABOUT ME
I’ve been taking photographs for years but my photography background is rather unconventional. I began my career in the travel industry over 25 years ago and photography really happened by chance. While working and traveling the world I would carry my camera around capturing splendid moments from around the world. Now, I’m making photography my career. My work focuses on everyday people, practicing yoga and highlighting the importance of proper representation of people from all backgrounds. My subjects range from my own daughter, a yoga teacher and a certified sound bath practitioner, friends, or people I just met. Being a yoga practitioner and a certified yoga teacher myself I can help you with alignment and postures during our shoots. I’m best known for my street and outdoor photography. I love outdoor shoots because they give me the opportunity to play with natural light and get creative on the spot with whatever catches my eye. In addition to yoga photography, I also specialize in movement, portrait, lifestyle, event, travel and product photography. My work has been published in magazines like Yoga Journal Germany, OM Yoga Magazine UK, Huffington Post, Travel Age West, Travel Books - Going Local by Nicholas Kontis and others. I’m originally from Poland and currently based in the Princeton, New Jersey area.
