NOOCH IT! is gluten-free. We have worked hard to find suppliers that are able to verify that our ingredients are free of gluten, and that are cashews are not processed in a facility with products containing gluten.

Unlike many other alternative grated cheezes, NOOCH IT! is cashew-based and contains no soy.
