About Us

The Tasty is an all vegan diner located in South Philly. The vibe is that of a laid back old school diner. We have a rotating assortment of in house baked goods available daily (including donuts!). Our breakfast menu consists of many diner favorites, like pancakes, waffles, french toast, and scrambles, but also offers some popular favorites like the deluxe burrito (tofu scramble, cheddar, tempeh bacon, red onion and jalapeño filled burrito topped with sour cream and spicy mayo!) and dirty jersey (tofu egg and cheese with pork roll on a kaiser roll). Our lunch menu has cheesesteaks (make sure to try the buffalo chicken cheesesteak!), BLTs, salads, and more. We are a counter service only establishment that aims to have the relaxed feel of a friendly neighborhood spot.

Please note that our full menu currently starts at 9 AM Wednesday-Sunday. We are doing call ahead pickup ONLY- no walk ups. We will bring your food out to you when you arrive. Thank you for helping us keep ourselves and you safe <3
