Squash the Beef Catering, LLC is a 100% vegan catering company designed to provide high quality vegan comfort food that does not comprise taste or nutrition. The service offerings are quite a change to the existing vegan food industry where the food can be boring, distasteful and bland. Squash the Beef Catering provides a solution by recreating your favorite comfort foods without the use of animal products.
We offer catering services for small groups/parties, corporate events, pop-up shops and food festivals/fairs. Orders can be made by phone or online. We can deliver food as well as provide a pick up option. At this time, our catering service only provides food, we do not assist in serving, re-heating or decorating events.
