Sharon Jacks is an educator specializing in plant-based nutrition and cooking. She holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University, and is an Emory University certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is a PCRM Food for Life Instructor, and completed the Wellness Forum Institute's Diet and Lifestyle Intervention Program. Sharon is an affiliate member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Sharon has practiced and taught plant based eating for 30 years. Her experience with raising a famiy in this lifestyle, along with her extensive education and certifications, make her uniquely qualified to communicate this information to the public. Her style is light and approachable, with the mission of making whole food plant-based cooking "affordable, delicious, and doable" for the average family.
