Seedz Café

Seedz Cafe is a fully vegan plant-based restaurant at 6344 South Rosebury, Demun, MO 63105.

You’ll find us nestled into the light-dappled street in Clayton’s DeMun neighborhood. Seedz Cafe’s rustic and sleek decor with reclaimed wood and stainless steel was designed to evoke comfort feelings for our diners.

Our menu of fresh juices and entrees are plant-based and nutrient-dense.

We are Monty and Cara. We both have backgrounds in health and wellness as well as a passion for nutrition. Schloss worked at Whole Foods Market as a buyer in the “Whole Body” department specializing in supplements, herbs, and superfoods.

Seedz Cafe gets its name from Shel Silverstein’s The Giving Tree as well as the inclusion of sprouted seeds and more in our offerings. Our menu features fresh juice blends, smoothies, and vegan dishes ranging from burgers and sandwiches to delicious and healthy salads.  Stop in with friends and gather here.
