He’s written hundreds of articles on nutrition, exercise, and health, authored Drop The Fat Act & Live Lean, and coauthored The Essentials of Sport and Exercise Nutrition Certification Manual. He’s been seen in Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Health, Dr. Oz Good Life, Rodale Organic Life, Greatist, Buzzfeed, and VegNews.
Ryan likes to spend time volunteering with organic farms and organizations that prevent food waste. Ryan is currently working with Precision Nutrition.
