Namaste Healthy NJ - Home - Namaste Healthy NJ was formed in 2016 by Rebecca Cartinella. Rebecca is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), RYT200 Yoga Teacher, Radiant Child Yoga Instructor, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Special Education teacher for 18 years, Interfaith Minister, and a busy mom to 5! She is currently studying Yoga for Trauma and Bhakti yoga. Rebecca leads Women's Retreats, teaches classes/workshops, sees private clients, and runs monthly Women's Healing Circles. She is located in Little Silver, NJ.
