Restaurant founded 2014 by vegan chef and author, Isa Chandra Moskowitz. Previously on 50th St. Cuisine is billed as "swanky vegan comfort food." Example of menu choices are snickers pie, buffalo seitan, biscuits & gravy, beet tartare, waffles n' seitan, lentil mash, and scrambled ranchero.
