Meta Burger is owned and operated by Michael Reeves and Matthew Coates. Together they have over 14 years managing restaurants along with nine years’ experience in plant-based establishments. Matt and Michael are energetic, fast-paced workers who excel in the kitchen, interacting with guests, and in managing the operational and financial details of a restaurant.
Meta Burger has been born of both an amazing opportunity for success and rapid positive change for animals, the environment and human health. Meta Burger is not just a single restaurant concept, it is designed from the ground up to be a chain of restaurants with the flexibility to open anywhere and operate seamlessly with very little support from a corporate office. The initial goal of Meta Burger is to bring great, accessible plant-based food to cities across the Midwest as well as larger untapped markets.
