Karen Smith is the face behind Runs on Plants RD. Karen is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has over 14 years of experience as a registered dietitian and has been a certified diabetes educator since 2017. Karen’s personal experience of changing her omnivorous diet to a fully plant-based diet in 2014 helps her relate with her clients who want to change their diet and do not know how or where to start.
