Dr. Jan is a registered dietitian, and a dentist specializing in TMJ dysfunction. She has completed the six-week Whole Food Plant-Based nutrition course at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and obtained the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate.
