    > I was introduced to Greg as an on-line fitness coach, when my gym closed due to Covid. It turns out that I really liked fitness training, at least led by Greg. Ultimately I persuaded Greg to come to my house and be my personal trainer outdoors and socially distanced. Greg made working out fun. At my request he concentrated on strength training— crunches, push ups, balance, arms, legs , you name it. Greg never phoned it in, each session he designed a new program, a little harder , but not too hard, so each session I was a little stronger. Unfortunately, Greg moved to another state. I had learned to love in person coaching, so our training ended. I give Greg 11 stars out of 10
