Our story:
Our daughter went vegan nearly two and a half years ago, was our inspiration to adopt a vegan diet, and the reason we decided to open a restaurant with a 100% vegan menu. Her passion and knowledge inspired us to make better choices, and over two years ago, we even agreed to have our first 100% vegan thanksgiving. Throughout our daughter's vegan journey, my husband and I began our own.
I personally went from nearly needing insulin for my diabetes to not even needing diabetes medication because of adopting a plant based lifestyle. My husband has gone from a man whose preferred options were a steak or a burger, to a man who could spend hours talking about the exploitation of animals, and who now prefers indulging with vegan ice cream. My daughter went from a little child wanting to be a nutritionist, to a vegan foodie who also started her own jewelry business to continue spreading the word about veganism.
Veganism has made a beautiful impact on our lives, and our goal is to introduce veganism to as many individuals as possible by providing delicious food that makes others question why they are eating meat, eggs, or dairy.
