Dr. Mary Washington, MD is a Houston-based internist and nephrologist. Prior to founding a lifestyle medicine based practice, she worked for 25 years as what she terms a "legalized drug pusher." Tired of "placing people on dialysis machines,"she developed the Reversing Medical Disease (RMD) Clinic in 2016. Through RMD, she has helped clients improve kidney function, control blood pressure without medications and even cure some of their diabetes. She sees patients in Houston, Texas and offers telehealth in Louisiana and Texas.
