As a holistic health coach I look at health through a multitude of lenses. My job is to talk with you and identify the areas in your life, not just in your diet, that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. By looking at the whole picture, nourishing your body with whole foods, identifying areas of stress, removing toxins and addictive substances, together we can tackle the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even dis-ease.
Our bodies are constantly changing, and every person is different. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. My goal is to find a solution for you that fits into your life, and a daily routine and that best helps you live your own beautiful and happy life.
