Why should you care?

As of 2018, 1 out of 9 people are food insecure in the U.S. In students, hunger is especially detrimental because school performance decreases when they aren't properly fed. In addition, people are not getting access to the right kinds of food. We don't have a lack in calorie-dense foods; we have a lack of nutritious foods.
