Meet the Team
Hi, I’m Allison! I’m the face behind Bite Club Baked Goods. We are a one woman show here, though I absolutely didn’t get here alone. I started baking to keep myself sane through the 2020 COVID quarantine after leaving a job in the music industry. As I began to bake more, I discovered an absolutely unexpected passion for all things dessert.

When an opportunity presented itself to begin baking for Graze Nashville, where I had been working as a manager, I was excited to take the chance. Since then, we have opened up custom orders through the restaurant as well as an exciting array of rotating flavors and vegan dessert options.
