Belse is high end plant cuisine at its finest. It is the creation of the owners and operators of Little Pine in Los Angeles. Dishes include crispy cauliflower, mocki roll, cashew brussels sprouts, warm quinoa bowl, tomato and cactus soup, blueberry caprese, cauliflower and fennel flatbreads, watermelon ahi stack, panko crusted piccata, Belse burger and a kids’ menu with tenders, grilled cheese and spaghetti.
