100% plant-based bakery with desserts, bread, and savory treats. We specialize in gluten-free options and offer dozens of custom order cakes made vegan or vegan and gluten-free and can make sugar-free cakes using erythritol.
Our savory options include our 4 kinds of Stromboli (Pesto & Italian Sausage, Pepperoni; Spinach, and Breakfast Sausage), Jalapeño Cheddar Bread, and Savory Cheddar Biscuits. All use our own plant-based cheeses (which we also sell) and plant-based wheat gluten-based meats.
Having a banana and tropical fruit farm, we’re able to create a true farm to table experience as all the fruit we grow ends up in our baked goods. We offer 6 kinds of banana bread, sourdough, cakes, cupcakes, oatmeal cream pies and other cookies, Hawaiian Sweet Bread (only vegan version we’ve ever come across), fruit tarts and bars, locally grown coffee and macadamia nuts, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, tapioca pudding, and drinks.
We also sell every Saturday at the Kaimu Farmers Market and Sunday at the Makuu Farmers Market.
