My name is Brett Christoffel, and I am a Texan that just so happens to love cows just like I love dogs. That's why I started making jerky from plants—delighting and nourishing our customers, saving more animals using 1/13th of the resources is what we do.
We currently offer: It's Jerky Y'all in three unique and desirable flavors. It is gluten-free, low in sugar & sodium, certified vegan, and made from whole non-GMO soybeans with more protein, calcium, magnesium, and iron than beef.

Excellent right out of the bag, or it makes a tasty protein replacement in or on almost everything. We also have It's Big Crunchy Bacony Bits Y'all, with the flavor and crunch people love. A portion of every sale goes to Rowdy Girl Sanctuary here in Texas!
