This sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce is perfection, especially when paired with vegan potstickers.
- ½ cup MelioBio Honey
- 2 tsp ginger minced
- 2 TBSP sriracha sauce or other chile sauce
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- ½ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions chopped
- Whisk all ingredients together except sesame seeds and chopped onions in a large mixing bowl. Stir in onions and sesame seeds. Serve 2-3 tablespoons per potsticker.

I collaborated with MeliBio on behalf of Vkind at the red carpet premiere of "Peeled", the first all-vegan cast cooking competition show, which I was also a competitor on. The chefs were asked to create bespoke appetizer recipes with products from some of the shows sponsors and I served this alongside my potstickers made with OmniPork Ground and Beyond The Butcher Plant-Based Beef. To be perfectly honest, I could drink this potsticker sauce by the cup. It's that good. MeliBio Honey IS honey, made without bees. It's a lab-created product made of components bio-identical to bee honey. Earths bees need a break. If you have a hard time finding MeliBio in the stores, any vegan honey replacement (there are several on the market) will work. Enjoy!
