Notes
This appetizer was created for the "Peeled" red carpet premiere as was a big hit. Beets make a great substitute for fish in this poke and the "taco" shells made from wonton wrappers are cute and crispy-crunchy. The wasabi cream sauce brings everything together with a surprising burst of flavor. Your guests will love them!
