Michele Fasnacht

Michele is a health and wellness educator and a board certified health coach and board certified holistic health practitioner. Michele is certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Sports and Fitness Association, as well as a graduate of a plant-based certificate program offered at Cornell.   Michele holds degrees and numerous certifications in business and education and owns a plant-based restaurant, Green Culture, in Trinity, Florida.  Michele is member of Plant Pure Nation, Plant-Based Nutrition Movement of Tampa Bay and is endorsed by Dr. T. Colin Campbell.  

Most importantly to know, Michele was a very sick person with progressive MS, who was legally blind, in chronic pain and miserable.   She changed her quality of life when changing her lifestyle and diet. Michele is a strong believer of food as medicine and works closely with her clients so they can adopt a plant-based diet and lifestyle changes to better their health. With education, accountability, and support Michele offers small group sessions and private services where she teaches clients what she did to repair, restore and reverse illness and disability.
