Resorts World Las Vegas announced the opening of two new restaurants by Tal Ronnen, celebrated chef and plant-based visionary, including the first Crossroads Kitchen restaurant outside of Southern California and the debut of CB | Crossroads Burgers, an entirely new fast-casual concept. In late spring 2022, the beloved Los Angeles institution and its quick-service equivalent are expected to join Resorts World Las Vegas’ expanding food and beverage repertoire.
“As we expand our dining portfolio, we continue to seek unique concepts that can appeal to food lovers and culinary novices alike, and Crossroads does just that… We are thrilled to be working with Chef Tal and his talented team to offer an approachable yet refined take on plant-based cuisine to our guests and visitors,” stated Bart Mahoney, Vice President of Food & Beverage of Resorts World Las Vegas.
Crossroads Vegans, flexitarians, omnivores, and meat eaters will be able to mix and mingle in Las Vegas at a new, premium dinner service experience where they can have a tasty meal and a good time. Along with Ronnen, Executive Chef Paul Zlatos will oversee the Las Vegas crew, serving classic dishes like Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, Beet Tartare, and house-made pastas like Tagliatelle Bolognese and Fettuccine with Truffles, as well as exclusive menu items exclusive to the Las Vegas site.
Bradley Brown, Director of Operations at Crossroads Las Vegas, will supervise the restaurant as well as the launch of CB |Crossroads Burger, a quick-service outpost. Ronnen and Zlatos emphasize on house-made sausages, burgers, fries, and milkshakes at CB, which may be consumed in the restaurant’s more relaxed environment or taken to go.
